Answers to the most common questions we’re asked about City Laundry’s Laundry Services.

What is your pick up and delivery schedule?

In Phoenix, Peoria, and Glendale, we pick up and deliver Monday through Friday from 9AM-3PM. In Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, we pick up and deliver Monday through Friday from 9AM-3PM. In Tempe we pick up and deliver Monday through Friday from 9AM-3PM.

Do you have an order minimum?

Our minimum per order is $25.00.

Do you offer any discounts for new customers?

All new customers will save 10% on their very first order with City Laundry for pick up and delivery.

Will I be notified during pick up or delivery?

You will be notified by email, text message, or both, when our driver is on their way to your location for both pick up and delivery. You will receive an estimated time of arrival as well. Note, you can toggle your email and text message notifications on or off within the secure customer area.

Do you provide Commercial Laundry Services?

Do you charge a fee if I miss my pickup or delivery?

There is a one-time $15 fee for missing your pickup or delivery.

Do I have to be home for pickup and delivery?

It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry that you specify with instructions. For example, tell us your gate code #, place your bag outside by your front door and we will pick it up without bothering you, or you can keep it inside and we will knock and get it from you.

What can I send you to launder?

Your everyday laundry! Anything you wash regularly that does not require special car. Towels, dish cloths, pillow cases, sheets, blankets, uniforms, etc. Any garment that can be washed in cold water, tumbled dried, and folded. Do not send us suits, dress shirts, dresses, or any other delicate clothing. Do not send garments that specify "dry clean only".
